The Sparkling Adventure begins with a short introduction into 'methode champenoise' - the making of sparkling wine - and then it's over to you.

That's right - you take over and we show you what to do!

Imagine taking the fermented bottle of wine from the riddling stage, disgorging, topping up, corking, adding the wire cage, the coloured hodd and finally creating your own label, either with a digital image of yourself or a fun label using graphics and various fonts. Then you get to take the bottle home to enjoy.
